What is Just Body Pilates?
Founded and led by Armani Barron Elder, Just Body Pilates is more than a studio—it’s a movement dedicated to accessible wellness and meaningful community care.
Rooted in the belief that movement should be inclusive and empowering, our mission is to make Pilates approachable for everyone. We offer thoughtfully priced classes designed to lower barriers to wellness, while proceeds from select sessions directly support nonprofit partners uplifting local causes.

From intimate mat classes to dynamic corporate wellness sessions, Armani cultivates spaces where every body is welcomed and celebrated. Each class invites participants to move with confidence, build strength, and rediscover joy through mindful movement. At Just Body Pilates, we believe wellness thrives when shared, and community grows when we move together.
Our practice is not just about fitness—it’s about connection, empowerment, and creating a more compassionate,
healthy world.

Classes

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a mindful, full-body movement practice that strengthens and lengthens through controlled motion and conscious breathing. It focuses on posture, core strength, balance, flexibility and overall alignment—helping you move with more ease in daily life and prevent injury.

What types of classes do you offer?
We offer mat-based group Pilates classes—no reformers or large machines required. Our classes are designed for all levels, from new to experienced, and use modifications and progressions so you can move at your pace.
I’ve never done Pilates before—what class should I start with?
Begin with our “Mat: All Levels” class. It’s welcoming, scalable, and introduces the foundational movements. From there you can explore other class formats designed to build strength, mobility or tone.

Do you have special offers for first-time clients?
Yes! We love welcoming new clients and typically offer a new-client special package. Please check our website or ask at front desk for current details.

What is your cancellation policy?
To keep things fair for all, we ask that class bookings be cancelled or moved at least 12 hours before the class start time to keep your credit. Cancellations or changes within 12 hours of class count as a late cancellation and your credit is forfeited.
Can I switch from one class time to another?
Yes — as long as you update your booking more than 12 hours before the class start time. Changes made within 12 hours count as a late cancellation and you’ll lose your credit.

Studio Policies

Do I need a mat?
Nope! We have enough mats for everyone, but if you have one you’d like to bring you are more than welcome to.
Do I need grip socks?
Grip socks aren’t required, but we do recommend them! They help with stability, keep things clean, and give you a little extra support during class.

What if I arrive late for class?
Doors lock at class start time. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to check in and settle in. Late arrivals cannot be admitted to maintain flow and safety.

Can I bring a child or younger sibling?
All participants must register and attend class. Children under age 13 are not permitted in the studio for safety reasons. Ages 13-17 may participate with an adult present but cannot be “waited on” in the lounge while a caregiver takes class.
May I use my phone during class?
Please silence your phone and keep it in your bag during class, unless required in an emergency. This helps maintain focus and a respectful atmosphere for everyone.
What is your photography & video policy?
No photos or recordings during group classes without prior studio approval. This protects the privacy of our community.
Can I bring a service animal?
Yes — per ADA guidelines, service animals accompanying a handler are welcome. Emotional support or therapy animals, however, are not permitted as service animals under our policy.
